Trevor has over 20 years of principal experience in Commercial Real Estate across a variety of asset types and geographies in acquisition and asset management roles. He started his career at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers (Now Barings) and has had senior roles as a principal or consultant for other institutional owners, lenders, and family offices.

He was a member of the senior management team in the successful turnaround of EVOQ Properties Inc (NASDAQ:MMPI) an operating company and portfolio that included 7M square feet of industrial and development assets in greater Los Angeles that required extensive redevelopment/repositioning and restructuring. That entity was sold to Atlas Capital in 2015.

Trevor has an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Prior to his time in the investment industry, he was a Naval Officer and has flight hours in the F-14 A/B/D and F-18F in operational and test roles.
