With the capacity to invest across the capital structure, we focus on corporate and project level investments tailored to meet our partners’ needs. Our corporate investments are always centered around a business within the real asset industry. Lieef’s project level investments focus on predictable cash flows and strong project developers. In both cases, we exclusively invest in opportunities that utilize proven technologies. We have our own internal process to support emerging infrastructure technologies which are now proven, but have not yet been institutionally scaled.

Each investment Lieef makes is custom tailored to fit the needs of our partners. We pursue opportunities where our operational experience allows us to provide our partners a lower cost of capital than prevailing market terms. This is always based on our internal view of risk and investment profile. As a result, we are selective but are not afraid to strongly pursue an opportunity we have strong conviction in.
