Ronald Grason is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor. As the founder of Nitel, a leader in enterprise managed network and cybersecurity services, he spent nearly two decades leading the company through its organic growth success, including 10 consecutive years of accolades on Inc Magazine’s 500 | 5000 list of fastest growing companies.

In 2011, he was inducted into the University of Illinois at Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame and in 2018 as a midwest finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. United Kingdom-based private equity firm Cinven acquired Nitel in December 2021.

Today, Ron runs his family office, is a board observer at Nitel, a board member for Guaranteed Rate, one of the largest mortgage brokers in the USA, and is both a board member and shareholder of Lieef.
