Caleb is a founding member of North Field Capital. Prior to NFC, Caleb was a co-founder of TEC Partners, where he originated, structured, and funded investments into multifamily, seniors housing, office, hospitality, and industrial commercial real estate projects. Caleb previously spent nine years in Morgan Stanley's Global Capital Markets division. He holds degrees from Oberlin College and Yale University.
