Thomas Bencivengo is a founding member of North Field Capital. As a principal investor and operator, he has spent more than two decades originating, structuring, and funding real estate acquisitions, developments, and credit opportunities.
He previously co-founded and served as Managing Partner of TEC Partners. Tom studied at Oberlin College and New York University.
