Ronald Grason is an entrepreneur and investor. He founded Nitel, a provider of enterprise managed network and cybersecurity services, and led the business for nearly two decades — growing it organically and earning 10 consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies.
He was inducted into the University of Illinois at Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2011 and named a Midwest finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2018. Cinven, a U.K.-based private equity firm, acquired Nitel in December 2021.
Today, Ron oversees his family office, serves as a board observer at Nitel and on the board of Guaranteed Rate — one of the largest mortgage brokers in the United States — and is a shareholder of Lieef.
