Isaiah brings investment banking experience across the infrastructure, power and utilities, and energy sectors, spanning project finance, M&A, and capital raising. Working in a boutique, small-team environment, he has contributed across the full transaction lifecycle on deals representing more than $1.6B in aggregate value.
His experience spans preferred equity and debt raises, convertible financings, buy-side advisory, and company sales across sectors including sustainable fuels, water, solar, and oil and gas.
Earlier, he was a private equity analyst at El Toro Capital Management, supporting diligence on software and cybersecurity investments. He holds a BA in Business Administration with a joint concentration in finance and accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and holds the SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.
